"Pool and hot tub were not available for use. Breakfast was extremely poor with most items being unavailable and staff was not keeping it up. Happened both mornings we tried to get breakfast. The Remote that was on the north get stand could only change channels until we found one that actually worked behind the bed in the second day of our stay and the shower curtain kept coming open due to poor installation.
I will never stay there again."
"Staff was great. Appearance from outside was nice. Room was a disaster, ac screamed most of the time. TV was very small and poorly positioned. Tack strip between carpet and tile had nails sticking up. Breakfast was disappointing. "
"The breakfast could be better. No yogurts, fresh fruit, danishes, meat. There was gravy and sometimes buscuits. Scrambled eggs. 1 waffle maker. The pool was big but not for kids. Its too deep for smaller kids. But does go to 11 feet. Its FREEZING. The room could have been hotter and maybe it wouldn't have felt so cold. Even my kids didn't want to swim. The bathrooms in there were dangerous. I sat on a toilet and it wasn't attached to the ground. The room was ok. Pretty clean. But the bathroom had streaks of something on the wall. Almost looked like blood. Oh not to mention 3 actual brown recluse spiders in the tub. We caught the 2 live ones and let go outside. The other was small and dead. Overall, an ok hotel. "
"Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. Everything smelled like they were trying to cover up years of cigarette smoke with glade plug ins. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It took 15 minutes to get checked in when the room was already paid for. Very disappointed for what I paid for the room. "
"The room was non smoking but smelled of smoke. I used my body spray cologne to deal with it. There were no plastic cups in the room. My friend who booked a room later on was issued my room. We checked his key and it opened my room. At the desk their system showed I was in a different room. The room they gave my friend had sticky carpet so he got a different one. "
