"There was no hot water. We called the number and was told everyone was checking in at the same time (only 4 total cars in the parking lot) give it about 10 minutes to recover. We waited 2 hours still no hot water. Called again and was told they would send maintenance. About 11 pm he texted to tell us they had discovered the problem. The next morning we still had very little warm water. ☹️"

"We stayed two nights the first night was good. Nice and quiet. We at first were only planning on one night but ended up staying two so second night we had to switch rooms no big deal. But one of the rooms close to us needs a very squeaky door fixed. Those people came in at midnight and opened and closed that squeaky door a dozen times. So please go put some oil on those hinges. Hahaha"

"Right downtown. Staff was very polite and nice. Our room was clean. Went to the pool and hot tub. Clean area and there plenty of fresh towels. Only went into the hot tub, definitely had enough chlorine in it. Breakfast wasn't that good, the food was blah. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice. As far as price for the hotel, overpriced. Walking distance to some restaurants downtown. Probably a one time stay for us, just passing through on to our destination."

"If you want the experience of an old fashioned motel, this is a good one. Clean and comfortable with vintage charm. The inside hallway covered in rustic wood paneling and historical local photos was fun to see. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and good pillows. Next door there is a nice (but pricey) butcher shop with gourmet foods, wine and picnic supplies. There are also 2 grocery stores nearby to pick up picnic supplies. Only downside is that they seem to be short staffed. When...
