"A convenient, quick transit spot since it sits right near the airport and right at the entrance of the city. However, this did not cut my true 5-star. The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. "Bath room not clean Toilet not flushing well"

"The property was clean and food was good. I want to thank the front office staff who were excellent and very helpful. We missed a few items and it was promptly handled. Want to personally thank Sneha, Harish, and Shreya from front office and Saloni from food and beverages for taking excellent care of us as well as the client meetings we had in the lobby lounge. Overall good experience and would highly recommend to others."

"Didn’t use the pool"

"Our stay was excellent. The service was fantastic! The hotel location and amenities were perfect. We had a lovely view of the city and the metro. Although, we didn’t have enough time to use it, the rooftop swimming pool was very nice. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of traditional and continental dishes! The dinner at the restaurant was delicious, but it took forever to get our food! Overall, it was our favorite hotel in Chennai, and we will definitely stay there again!"
