"Firstly, I must say the staff at reception were lovely. We were upgraded as we had a weekend of celebration. This was a lovely gesture and we really appreciated the effort. However, the rooms are very dated and tired looking. I've stayed in other park plaza hotels and this one didn't feel the same. It felt more like a travelodge room.
