"Clean and quiet, very comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I’d asked about a bowling club in Modbury that a family member used, the lovely bar staff said she’d find out for me.
Fantastic full English with great sausages. Nothing seemed too much trouble
Thanks for a great stay at a difficult time."

"Tim and Sheila were excellent hosts. Very knowledgeable about the area and things to do and see. The homemade breakfast was outstanding!! Highly recommend if you’re in that area."

"Had a 2 night stay which was wonderful, Jon and Julie plus George are amazing hosts the property is kept to a very high standard and furnished very nicely, the only small drawback is that the bathroom was small, however it is perfectly functionable and well appointed.
Breakfast is superb with plenty of choice, you definitely won't go hungry
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again"
