"My stay at Extended Stay was extremely disappointing. Garbage was piled throughout the property, including a large amount of trash overflowing into a common area, as shown in the attached photo. Meanwhile, employees were frequently standing around chatting instead of addressing the obvious cleanliness and maintenance problems.
Only one elevator was working, yet I was placed on the sixth floor. At times, it took nearly 10 minutes just to reach the lobby. Breakfast was advertised but was not...

"We stayed here one night to catch an MLB game. Location is good since it is close to downtown and the ball park (and the arena too), yet just a few blocks outside of the more expensive truly downtown hotels. They serve a decent hot breakfast included with my stay, and there was Dunkin’ across the street too. They have convenient paid parking across the laneway behind the hotel which came in handy. We were able to walk to and from the game, enjoyed some drinks after the game and felt very safe...
