"The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down. The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. "No communication whatsoever, we asked before and on the day, regarding taking our dog and check in procedures no response from the host, we were advised to travel and wait until 4pm on check in day and at 4pm our accommodation was cancelled and we were left with nowhere to stay other than a hotel 1 hour away, disgusted with this treatment "

"The resort was good, caravan very comfortable and accomodating. Good facilities for dogs. My only complaint is that having been told : Items included in my booking are : Tea towel, Anti bac spray, J cloth, Sponge, Basic toiletries, combined bodywash/shampoo in pump dispenser, 2 toilet rolls. Due to expecting the above, we didn't bring our own. No Tea towel, no Jcloth or sponge,no antibac spray or basic toiletries. We did have 2 toilet rolls and some soap in one of the bathrooms. "

"Brilliant stay - every comfort, clean and so well equipped. Can’t fault it. The owners were so helpful too. "
