"The house is probably fine if you stay there in the summer, but we stayed 14-18th November 2025. The house is freezing cold and to further 'improve' the experience, the company that rents the house have decided to limit the temperature the thermostat can be turned up to. In addition all the bedroom radiator valves have been jammed. So the house is cold and your ability to turn up the heating limited by the owner. "Stephen (the host) was great! Very friendly and welcoming! The room was very cosy, clean, and well equipt. Unfortunately, due to busy work, I was unable to explore the grounds, but I imagine they were lovely. 100% would stay again if working in the area."
