"Cold lobby"

"Beautiful hotel, breakfast was great & the staff were amazing."

"Lovely place to stay with a beautiful gym and flex room. Staff was super friendly."

"A lot of the “smart” features did not work very well. It seemed to me like it was actually causing communication issues with the systems like the AC and a lot the rooms were having heating issues. Opening and closing the blinds were difficult because of this. And there was a light in the bathroom that could not be turned off, like a night light, which I understand the need for it but I like to sleep in the dark."

"Rooms were amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional"

"It was early fall and the temp dropped to the 30s overnight. At check-in they informed me they are switching from heating to cooking and space heaters are available. I got a space heater, extra blanket, used my own blanket and that barely kept me warm. Room went from 57° to 68°. The central heating didn’t start working until the morning of checkout after 3 days. If not for this it would have been a great stay."

"Staff, staff, staff. The staff, everyday during my stay made it a wonderful experience, I had to be at the hotel itself more than anticipated and they went above and beyond to be helpful. From the doorman, bellhop, desk check in, to the bartender. It was an awesome experience and I hope to return again. Thank the staff again for me, just let them know it was the guy with the huge long grey fuz jacket, they will remember! Keep that staff at all costs! Forgot the managers, they are all...

"We like it because there’s a kitchen that you can use to heat up some food."

"As a single female solo traveller who came to town to see all the best museums I never had to get on the subway once to go to any of the Smithsonian museums. It was in an extremely safe neighbourhood and to add to the security this hotel, also had a doorman who greeted you going in and out, but totally non-intrusive. You felt like you were being treated royally and the size of it is just a boutique hotel so there were never any huge crowds in the very quaint lobby, never had to wait for anything...

"Clean room, nice hotel friendly staff especially the housekeeping lady! Please keep up this service and you’ll always have business!"

"Bed is comfortable, the traffic is convenient , Receptionist is very friendly. We requested early check-in and was accepted. Would definitely recommend this to my friends. This place is excellent!"

"Great hotel, just not much to offer in way of amenities, for the price."

"The hotel really nice and clean and walking distance to places"

"Service ok"

"Room is small & cozy. Location is great"

" The staff are friendly, the roon is clean but the mat is a bit dirty."
