"Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter."

"We have stayed at 5 star hotels and this place was as nice as those. Staff was friendly and nice as well. It was like a brand new hotel. The only negative thing I could complain about was the breakfast was the same each day. It was great but I love bacon and sausage was served every day. But the yogurt machine with fresh fruits was delicious."

"This stay did not start well as we found used towels and wash cloths in our room. My wife was in the shower when she found them which was very disturbing for her. Secondly, I notified housekeeping and the front desk that we would be out most of Saturday and we would like housekeeping to change the linens while we were gone. Noone came. "It is a very nice hotel in a great location. They do not have 24 hr coffee/ tea service like many other Hilton properties"

"For the cost of the room, it did not even deserve any star. The wall switch for the power outlet was popped out, unsafely wires exposed. None of the side lamps were working. There was no elevator. This was the worst hotel ever for me, would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
