"The owner and staff member were very helpful the actual decor of the property is well beyond it's best before date the whole property is very tired. Our room shower drain was blocked upon arrival which meant we couldn't shower for 24 hours not good in 30 degree heat."

Great water pressure! For a budget solo work trip, I would stay again. There’s no AC and my room was a basement room with limited air flow. Fan in the room worked well enough."
