"We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."

Great restaurants, nearby pretty much walking distance to a lot of the attractions. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was adequate. "Everything was perfect but the size of the rooms was extremely small and difficult to handle luggage, clothes , shower was also extremely small for my liking. The location was excellent and the employees were friendly."

"Sadly the stay wasn't great. The room had faulty hot water, the toilet kept running on and there was loud music playing into the early hours. When I raised it with staff upon check out, they said simply, 'please let us know earlier next time'. I'd checked in late, was tired and didn't want to change rooms by the time I realised all of the above. Poor show."

"This is not a five star hotel. The bed and room furnishings (which were run down) were mediocre at best. It takes more than free chips and soda pop (free mini bar which it is not) or a button you can press for do not disturb to be a 5 star. I expect luxury accommodation, this isn’t even close. "Having stopped at the Holborn Hoxton many times, we have this one a go when visiting nearby for a party. The rooms were nice - nicer than the Holborn hotel, with higher ceilings making them feel roomier. Decor is great throughout the hotel and staff were friendly. Only major downfall is the breakfast - the full English is missing many components, and those there were pretty lacklustre, apart from the bacon.
