"Checkin was unpleasant because I was given the wrong lockbox information and had trouble reaching the management company. Finally I did and after an hour I got the key. They the WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t reach anyone - another frustrating hour wasted. The hidden router just needed to be plugged in. The place itself was very comfortable and very convenient for the Reliant Stadium."

"The front desk staff rushed our check-in process, she did not explain parking just pointed at a QR code and told me to follow the directions. The valet parking staff actually explained parking once we checked in. The water in the shower was not hot. After calling the front desk we were told we had to run the water in the sink to make the water in the shower hotter. Very much not giving upscale for the galleria area. Beds were very comfy and our room was cleaned throughout the duration of the...

"We came for the pool because it offered a pool bar and rooftop pool. The pool is on the roof of the parking garage which is blocked for sun by the actual hotel. No sun all day . The pool bar was an inflatable portable bar that was not open
There was also water damage in our bathroom and some strange small bugs that were in the sink"
