"Overall, this is a pleasant stay in the new hotel. The only pity is that TFE doesn't record my booking in the hotel loyalty portal."

"The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The room is well appointed and spacious, although the electric blind button only worked sporadically. The room service food was just about ok, it arrived warm, not hot and the rice was undercooked."

"Nice staff, clean rooms, very spacious, good location to MSAC, carpark very cramped."

"Check-in was smooth and easy and the room I got was larger than I was expecting from the photos. Great location too"

"Good location, friendly staff and great rooms."

"Everything was as expected. Great place to stay with nice views. One downside was they provided no bath robes and slippers. Otherwise perfect."

"Great! Defo stay again"

"None of the welcome gifts or complimentary drinks were really offered or even explained outright. We missed the breakfast but that's on us however those other things kind of ruined the vibe for me. Not to mention a really rotten almost body like smell right outside the venue"

"It was a great accommodation with excellent views."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. My room was on one of the upper floors, so I didn’t experience any noise from the pub downstairs. The bed was also very comfortable. During my entire four-night stay, I didn’t see a single member of the hotel staff. If personal contact with staff is important to you, this might not be the right place for you. Apart from that, the location is great. You can easily get to the CBD, and many attractions are within walking...

"The penthouse had issue with smoke alarm, so we got downgraded to two bedroom apartments for the last two nights."
