"Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo"

They had bag cleanup areas for your dog but all of them were empty. Not even sure if there was a front desk you could go to to ask for anything that wasn't specified. The kitchen had no paper towels. There's no ice maker. Just wasn't what we expected. Especially for paying over $200 a night. "

"Original location overbooked. Had to go 10 miles away at night time. That made it much further away from our planned destinations. No notice of overbooking until we arrived. At 2nd location, No bedding for pullout. Asked first night, still none. Only 3 pillows. Flooring gritty. No lights for pool area. Lady at front desk was very nice. "
