"The renovated lobby and perimeter around the pool areas were very attractive! Our room #5008 is desperately in need of remodeling. It looked like you were stepping back into decor of the 70’s. Lamp shades were cracked, old outlets inadequate, furniture scratched, etc. new blow driers were in each bathroom, but couldn’t be used. We had to use the outlet by the micro wave, and espresso machine. Very inconvenient!"

"The visit was average, for the most part we were there to bathe and sleep. I did notice that there was a coin laundry. We didn't use or look at it but I believe that there is an outdoor pool. The staff came across as nice. She was very busy. "

"I loved the vibe and the architecture of the lobby and rooms. The restaurant was good for dinner. Centrally located. I wish the front desk guy was friendlier. He had an attitude which he should have left at home."

"Another great stay at The Valley Ho! The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless. The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service. The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back next year."

"By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The tub/shower was so bad we stood on a towel to shower, mold/mildew on the ceiling and walls, hair in the sink, tub and on the floor, stained sheets. We put our shoes on to walk back and forth from the bed to the bathroom. Under the bed had never been cleaned I’m sure. The continental breakfast was out of items and coffee was a 20 min wait. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk seemed like we were a bother to him. We were only there for about 10 hours and that was to long!"
