"The rooms were not clean. We stayed for four days, and despite placing the “Please Clean Room” sign on our door, housekeeping never came to clean our room. The biggest disappointment was the river shown in the photos. It is not located directly by the hotel as the pictures suggest. You have to walk about two blocks to reach it. If the river view is one of the reasons you’re booking this hotel, be aware of that. There are other hotels in the area at similar or even lower prices with better...

"Disappointed. Not the strand I knew 7 years ago. Breakfast used to feature edible food. There was A negative environment: no cash transactions.Some staff were Officious, and if you had any questions or complaints the response was "Contact your booking agency."
