"The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it."

"We stayed 3 nights in a premium, one bedroom suite. The design and furnishings were all very nice, and the unit was very clean. The kitchen was great! The only thing we did not like about our stay was the very strong urine smell coming from our bathroom (there was a hole in the wall behind the stand alone sink and that’s where it seemed to be coming from) and also in the hallway outside our room. We kept the bathroom door closed the whole trip and went out and bought air fresheners for our room...

"We did not like a thing about this hotel. The TV and internet did not work the whole time we were there. I got charged for a room with two beds for 3 people and got a room with only one bed. They would not return our deposit said the room was trashed when we left said they had pictures but refused to send us pictures. this hotel should not be open at all you couldn't swim in the pool cause it was so nasty. there was blood on our bathroom wall where it had not been clean. I would definitely not...

"We always love staying here. The staff is always so friendly and makes u feel like home. The rooms are always clean never find a bug either not even a hair left in the tub etc. it’s perfect size for us a family of four. Kitchen fridge beds bathroom. Three years in a row we have stayed here and will be back another year. It’s not one of the newest fanciest places but it’s down to earth and family friendly we take hospitality over fancy any day."

"I must say I’m impressed. The staff was very helpful and caring. Checking in/out was very easy. They made sure to have us clean towels when asked for. The pools were clean and easy access. The kitchen was very well equipped. Also the room was clean. WiFi was working. I have understood that they are renovating so I can’t complain."
