Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great. We were surprised at how good this hotel was. Fab staff, lovely room with stadium view, great breakfast and brill location for Norwich city. We stayed with our dog and would definitely recommend and return.
