"Everything was as described...great location, friendly and helpful staff, and very close to shopping areas and main beaches. There is an easy-to-miss filtered water dispenser just up the stairs to the left when entering from the garage...we are guessing this one has a better chance of showing a "green" status light because it isn't used as much as the other ones (which didn't have green when we were looking.)"

"Nice hotel, but I did not get the room I reserved. It was supposed to be an ocean view. I was put in a room with a partial view of the ocean. We would ask housekeeping to come back later but they would never come back. The breakfast was awesome service from wait staff the first couple of days was awesome then they wouldn't come back to fill coffee."

"Room was clean but small. Balcony is nice to have. No in room coffee maker or microwave. Had a couple of minor issues but the staff was very quick to assist. All staff were great. I highly recomend if your looking for a nice budget hotel in a really great location with super nice staff."

"A classic old school hotel, the Queen Kapiolani boasts a stunning unobstructed view of Diamond Head and a restaurant/bar with delicious food and tasty cocktails. Although a little older, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the street noise. We were on the 19th floor and could easily hear the traffic from the street, if we were on the balcony, we could hear conversations from other balconies/the pool. "Very expensive for just one night"

"15:00からのチェックインに非常に時間がかかりました。私の前に並んでいる方々が1グループにつきかなりの時間を要していました。私の前には5〜6グループ位は並んでいたのですが、フロントスタッフ2名で対応されていて、全然進みませんでした。私のチェックインはすぐに済んだので、なぜそんなに時間がかかるのか疑問でした。 それ以外は良かったです。快適に過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。"

"This hotel was clean and great for a place to sleep and shower to get ready. It’s located behind the main strip of waikiki, and if you’re into the night life, it’s a great place to be. The staff were helpful and kind, especially the security guards, they were funny too. Unfortunately, there is no parking. "Had a room with an amazing view of the beach and Diamond Head from the balcony. Service was friendly. Location was within decent walking distance of most of Waikiki. Only complaint was the lack of seating around the pool, as most of it is reserved for rooms around the pool area. Would definitely book again."
