"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. "Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

La habitacion venia con sombrilla y sillas de playa, la habitacion estaba muy limpia, el desayuno era tipo italiano (dulce, cafe, jugo y pan), teniamos tambien un pequeño refrigerador en el area comun solo para nosotros, muy util. Al igual que una pequeña terraza donde tomar el desayuno y a la noche sentarnos a conversar. La propietaria vive en la parte de arriba, sin embargo es muy discreta y atenta, nos mostro en un mapa las mejores playas y algunos tips para verlas....

"L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"
