"The hotel was insanely loud. Loud banging throughout the night that almost sounded like construction, yelling, doors slamming, car alarms going off throughout the night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sofa in the room had multiple dark stains all over it. The room did not look like it had been wiped down at all. Online, the pricing showed that I would owe $34 at the hotel... Ended up paying over $80 for undisclosed fees. Parking lot entry and exit wasn't working, so it was...

"It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"There was a lack of support to get help unloading our items. There was only one bellman to take our bags up. I would have been fine with loading ourselves but they don't allow guests to use the carts. We waited 30 min to get help. More support for check in would be great."
