"The food was terrible and unsatisfying; it was reheated, not fresh. There was in my room only one tea bag, sugar, and hand soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or any other toiletries. I called reception to ask for some hot drinks, like a packet of Nescafe, but no one brought anything. I won't be coming again."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. An abundance of staff everywhere you look, which was great to see. Room and hotel were spotless. Had one issue where we told the cleaner we didn’t need our room cleaned on the morning and had the do not disturb sign on the door and it got cleaned anyway.
