"Breakfast was defo the highlight of our stay….Communication from staff was great. Thank you Ruby. Two things we wished were better was: parking was difficult but we were informed of the very few options. "

"Whilst the bed linen was clean the carpet has many questionable stains. No cups or spoons in the room. Whilst having a coffee out of a glass seems very cosmopolitan, when the newest coffee is 2 months out of date it makes you wonder when the room was last cleaned properly. "

"I was extremely lucky to be allowed to check in a tad earlier than stated Outside of the building looks a little tired but there is parking outside for 4 cars however there is a road opposite that I parked in and had my partner pick up a couple days later . The area appears to be very nice. It was extremely easy to find from my journey from M5 . I enjoyed a little walk around the town . There’s a Tesco and a few charity shops and post office. My room was clean and had coffee making facilities....
