"The hotel has a musty, muggy, old building smell when you first come in. Our room was muggy, the carpet felt nasty to walk on. But we think they had just steamed it and they left the air on fan so the carpet had not been able to dry. The mattress cover had stains on it and the bathroom has mold. We did not make it to breakfast but it is a very small food area. We were not informed of the breakfast times either. We stopped for coffee on the way out and the coffee was barely warm. "La habitación estaba muy limpia, el personal atento solo que cuando llegamos a hacer el check in el personal de recepción no nos dio las instrucciones correctas de que el personal de limpieza la realiza un día si y un día no, que puedes llamar y te llevan toallas limpias y cosas así, el desayuno estuvo bien, en el área de alberca falta vigilancia por que a pesar de que va mucha familia y niños me toco ver parejas de jóvenes con acciones impropias y eso es incomodo."

"The staff and property were very nice. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully organized, which made the stay very comfortable. We sat at the bar for cocktails and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of premium brands available. The beds were also super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. My only complaint was that the water never got truly hot and was lukewarm at best. I did not report the issue, so it may have been something that could have been fixed, but my schedule did...
