We were served by Massimiliano who was friendly and attentive k, professional without being over the top or stuffy and pretentious - his style suited us perfectly and made for a very enjoyable evening. "Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
