"Stayed here before and it is a hidden gem, tucked away in the centre of Cardiff city centre. Welcome by reception staff excellent and was given a really funky "rock music" styled room, but all are boutique and themed. Facilities in the rooms are great - Nespresso coffee, fridge and water. Bathroom has a big shower and all gels and shampoo good quality. Breakfast is varied and fresh, healthy or not. Not visited the fitness room. "Rooms were great size , especially for a family of 4. Proper beds not sofa beds for kids. Jacuzzi bath was good. Problem we had was that the bathroom window was not frosted and when going to the toilet/ shower the window was visible for everyone in the opposite offices to see through!!!!! We had to ask for a bedsheet to drape over the window for privacy."

"The room was clean, however, the carpet was stained, and the chair was stained also. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had really good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was good also.What, this hotel needs his an ejection of venture-capital. It is a beautiful hotel that would benefit from a few upgrades. The staff were helpful warm and friendly."

"Room was nice size but bathroom was terrible. Stained basin, toilet needed a good scrub and mould in Bath/shower. Tiles also dark grout not clean. Hotel was in need of a good refurbishment. Parking was terrible and very stressful. Breakfast was ok, not as fresh and good as in other hotels. Outside was not inviting. Would not stay there again."
