" This is not a hotel, it’s a timeshare. Upon arrival they told us we will have a room change the next morning because the people assigned to the time-share will be arriving the next day. The condos are not cleaned thoroughly, we had to ask the front desk to send someone to vacuum the carpet of our second condo; it was obviously dirty with food crumbs, toe nails, dirt. "Stay was great view of the ocean from the property is great even not being right on the water. Got the wrong pool code but it was an easy enough fix. Theres a couple places to eat within walking distance so that was a bonus. Picture from beach access directly in front of property "

"Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch. "

"Great location, right in the center of everything. Family friendly environment, pool area was kept very clean. Across the street to a private beach access. Room was clean, we had the 3rd floor balcony street view. Description says Ocean View but due to the home's built on the beach you lose that "Beach View". Other than that we had an amazing week. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Would differently recommend and revisit again.."

"Location 5/5! So close to the beach. The unit we were in was nice, but the walls could use a cleaning. We had some service issues (internet connection, smoke detector in master bedroom started beeping at 8pm, and the water smelled like rotten eggs). All issues were addressed and corrected, but I'm guessing no one had been in the unit for a while as the WiFi router was turned off, remote control batteries dead/corroded, light bulbs burned out, etc. They don't specify in the instructions that...
