"The hallway floors were dirty, only two of the four elevators were working so we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevators. The cleaning lady took both of my daughters swimming suits that we had hanging to dry. We called down to ask about them and it took them two days to find them. We were in Mexico, on the beach, and both of her swimming suits were stolen. They ended up finding the top and bottom of one suit and but just the bottom of the other, but she was still without a suit for two...

"El hotel se encuentra en remodelación, por lo tanto, solo hay una alberca disponible para todos los huéspedes. El ruido de la remodelación comienza a las 8:00 am, yo estaba en el piso 10 y se escuchaba demasiado de todas formas. También esta en remodelación el restaurante de mariscos, solo está disponible el buffet.
La calidad de los alimentos bajo muchísimo. El roof de Ekinox, le hace falta también un buen mantenimiento, camas de descanso con olor a humedad y manchas amarillas de que no se...

"The staff was wonderful. We stayed at Costa Sur between hurricanes. There was major damage to the sea wall near the larger pool and outdoor bar so they had to be roped off for safety restricting access to the beach also. That meant that only the small pool was available to guests so at times it was quite crowded. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating especially on the day and a half that we had to stay in our rooms as precaution for the next hurricane, Simon. The facility is now all...

"Beautiful Secluded Getaway with Amazing Ocean Views
This property is a bit far from town, but it’s a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy some peace and privacy. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by jungle with breathtaking views of the ocean. The scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The rooms are simple but comfortable and fit well with the natural surroundings. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is relatively...

"Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites.
My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again."
