We stayed at this hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
One full day during our stay, there was no electricity. This affected everything — we couldn’t use any facilities, and the day was essentially wasted. For a family on a costly plan, this was very frustrating. I believe guests should be compensated for such a major disruption.
We also had a bad experience at Capri Restaurant. I ordered food, but the waiter mistakenly gave it to another table and never brought anything for me. Since other dining options were also unavailable that night, I ended up having no dinner — which is unacceptable, especially at an all-inclusive resort.
I also paid for a VIP room upgrade, expecting better accommodations and service. Unfortunately, the room was not noticeably better, and there were no extra services provided. In fact, due to the power outage, we received no service at all that day.
Overall, I don’t feel the experience matched the promises made, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.
