Hot, muggy, a light in the hall that turned on with a sensor throughout the night, horrible mattress (you can feel the springs), towel heater bar was left on and burnt my son’s hand, one window didn’t open, and it was dirty. "Room was clean and comfortable. Air con worked. Food was excellent , bar food, breakfast and dinner. Coffee could be better at breakfast and water in room is always nice. Else a good location plenty of staff and a good bar."

"The staff were very helpful and hotel was very clean but the air con didn't really work. Only the left hand corner produced any air. Room was hot even with the fan provided. Not good enough for the price paid. The cold water always ran hot for a couple of minutes. Which I thought was strange but ..."
