"We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). "Staff friendly, property was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner there was urine on the side at the base of the toilet."

"Found this wonderful place by accident and so glad we did! Room was huge and probably the best mattress we’ve ever had on a trip. They had juices, muffins, yogurts and waters complimentary in the room when we arrived💕. Perfect after a long day of driving. Very quiet and peaceful country setting."

"Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!"

"Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel"
