"Our stay was disappointing. The cleanliness and overall condition could have been much better. The pool also wasn’t very clean, and seeing people eating in the pool was honestly pretty gross. For the price, we expected a much cleaner and better-maintained experience."

"The property was clean and maintained. I was moved to another room because my toilet was defective. In the new room the side table drawer couldn't close. I was told if I didn't get hurt, nothing could be done to compensate me. I tied the drawer to the lamp to ensure I didn't fall over the open drawer."

"The internet in the room wasn't working, and the staff provided me with a phone number to call. As a paying guest, it's not my responsibility to contact the service desk to resolve the internet issue. And the rooms need a small fridge. But overall a great stay."
