"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...

"This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!"

"I traveled with a dog, so the hotel worked well at a good price. The carpet was old and stained, so that didn’t look so nice, but the place was otherwise clean. Stairwells smell musty and elevators buzz too much but they worked just fine. Hallways were too warm (summer time), but ac kept the room nice and cool. "Stayed overnight. Check in and out was a quick easy process. They accommodated my request for a first floor room. Property was well maintained. The room was clean and nice. The only odd thing is that there was a bulletproof glass at the front desk."

"The family suite/handicap accessible was dirty. The sofa bed didn’t look clean and the mattress was only coils. No padding. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf in shower. There were dead bugs on the window sill. The one bed was clean so the two of us shared that."

The only negative from the stay, was the noise level. The walls are really thin. I was on the third floor. There was loud talking and lots of noise into the early hours of the morning so I didn't get much sleep the first night. Also, there was a lot of stomping and jumping in the room above me"
