"We loved the spacious room. The cleanliness! The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great because they had some protein along with the breakfast. The only negative thing was that the mini fridge did not have a freezer so that we could put our cooler pouches in it to freeze for the next day. But they did have plenty of ice for us to use.😉 If we come back through Rawlins, we would definitely stay again!"

"The facility is beautiful. I love the multiple hot tubs. The front desk people on the weekend were very helpful. Our grandson was graduating from Highschool and we wanted to stay somewhere special. Our room was not fantastic. It smelled a bit musty, the carpet had a big wet spot on it, the bathroom floor was sticky. We called these things to the attention of the desk, and the weekend crew did the best they could to remedy things, except for the musty smell. At breakfast, half the toaster didn't...

"This is a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was delightful,but wish it was a tad warmer. Pretty standard breakfast. Eggs, sausage, and waffle maker. Also biscuits and gravy and some small pastries. Not the hotels fault really, but can someone make a big thing of scrambled eggs without the bottom being full of water. Happens at most buffets and ever hotel breakfast. We will be back when we are this way. "

"This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Casper Inn & Suites, and once again I had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with several really nice restaurants nearby, and there's plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and the property was well maintained.
