"I booked my stay through Expedia and the employee working the front desk at the hotel said they never got my reservation. I was charged for it but it was never made according to the hotel staff. This is the second time Expedia has screwed up my hotel reservation. The last time, the booked the wrong dates so I paid twice."

"AC was off in the entire hotel, was told to just wait until the room cooled down: we walked into the room at 88 degrees! Pool is not functioning with no warning on the site. TV was not working until we had someone come down, even then it was stuttering quite often. No cleaning supplies for shower. No coffee maker, even when listed on site. Holes and gunk all over the walls. Do not stay unless DESPERATE!!"
