"I was so appalled by the condition of the property that I demanded a refund and went elsewhere. They advertised an airport shuttle but when I arrived they said the van was broken and they had no driver. Next...no breakfast which was also advertised...coffee in the morning. As I left the lobby, I passed a vending machine full of snacks...OUT OF ORDER. When I arrived at the room the smell was nearly overpowering. They say you get what you pay for...this takes that saying to a new low !"

"The property is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The pool was filled with green water and not able to be used. The “breakfast” was who waffles in a sandwich bag, and individual white donuts. No milk or apple juice, just OJ. Cheap stay to lay your head."

"AC was off in the entire hotel, was told to just wait until the room cooled down: we walked into the room at 88 degrees! Pool is not functioning with no warning on the site. TV was not working until we had someone come down, even then it was stuttering quite often. No cleaning supplies for shower. No coffee maker, even when listed on site. Holes and gunk all over the walls. Do not stay unless DESPERATE!!"

"After paying in advance to book a room at noon we were told at check in they were all booked up( lie) before a older BF turned out lights and closed up telling us to get our refund from expedia . After calling Expedia and being told NO to a refund despite having the receipt, we were left with no option but to break the law and camp outside in the city at large. As of this review still have yet to receive a refund from red carpet in. Nor Expedia"
