"Whites was nice and clean and the room was spacious, nothing fancy but spacious and clean. The location was close to our destination-Carlsbad Cavern. Front desk women were super friendly."

"Property was good, Breakfast lady was very attentive and helpful. It is nice to see that not only this property but most of the Holiday Inns that we've stayed at recently have heeded my countless messages about the bathroom mirrors being too high. I can now see my face and shoulders whereas before I could only see the top of my head. THANK YOU! "Easy check in, nice staff, clean room. Nice pool. There were to luggage stands in the room, excellent since someone has to put their suitcase on a chair or somewhere. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room price. Nice place to stay."

"I really enjoyed my experience here. It definitely exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean and the pool was nearby. My family and I had a great time. The customer service experience was great! I did arrive early and they made it a priority to allow me to check in a little early. I also meal prep a lot and they had a full fridge with a freezer. It was very convenient! "

"We were on a long trip from central Texas to Northern New Mexico. We broke up the trip to stay here. The hotel was excellent. The rooms were updated, clean with thick towels and soft sheets. The breakfast was actually good and a nice surprise. We had actually planned to drive straight through on the return trip but this hotel was so pleasant, we broke up the return trip and stayed here on the way back also."

"Nice atmosphere, great room. WIFI was weird. If you were not a choice reward member you had to watch a sponsor video. Kept logging us out. Went to front desk and she was not very helpful. Told me to read how to fix it in the room. Be better and give your customers wifi! Make it simple!!"
