"Very convenient location, very clean property and rooms, breakfast is outstanding: a lot of choices, something new every day, delicious Chinese soups station! Highly recommended!"

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Leona, the Assistant Hotel Manager, for her outstanding professionalism and support. During my stay, a few things unfortunately went wrong, and the issues I raised were causing considerable discomfort. However, Leona handled everything with genuine care, understanding and efficiency. She listened attentively, took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to provide assistance and make things right. Her calm, thoughtful and...

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"Good breakfast, helpful staff. Wifi wasn’t working for Google, Gmail, or Apple Safari."

"Very cute spot, tucked away in a quieter alley just off the main road, but still super convenient and close to Wangfujing shopping street. Really nice atmosphere with outdoor seating and lots of cats around. The rooms and facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast has lots of options. Only downside is that the rooms aren't quite as new as they look in the photos, and they're pretty small with barely any room for larger luggage. Overall, a really nice place to stay!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked the property because we had a young child and wanted a kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials. Having laundry was also super convenient. The location is excellent and was walkable to Tiananmen and forbidden city. Tons of food options and shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children."

"Wonderful place and breakfast !"

"One of my favourite hotel and great location."

"Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

"Room wasn’t bad clean everything worked and staff was pretty helpful"

"I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I...

"スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった"

"They didn’t have the restaurant open, and they only have beers in the store of the hotel, no food The room was clean but I won’t recommend to stay if you are travelling as a tourist"

"The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information. When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a...

"Beautiful hotel, close to what I needed. Staff great, helpful and discreet. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Room spacious with comfortable bed, very clean. Toiletries and towels lush. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Many places to eat inside and out. Train station nearby for geeks like me 😊"
