"This hotel has a great location close to Gjirokaster castle, old town and other historic attractions. It provides parking for the guests which is really ok if you traveling by car. The service and the staff are excellent hard working and professional people and very kind and helpful. We had an amazing experience- the location of the hotel is great, the breakfast was plentiful and authentic Albanian food served with kindness and hospitality. "This is an excellent hotel. Very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was beyond anything that I have seen. It looked brand new. Breakfast was excellent too. A variety of fresh food with fresh fruits and vegetables too. Convenient location with stores and restaurants close by. Helpful staff. Very safe Area.
Improvement: This is typical for Europe, but the open shower soaks the bathroom floor. The music being played by one of the restaurants or people was very loud on Saturday night. "
