"The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable. We were on the first floor and liked being able to park right in front of the room for easy access. "

"The staff were very pleasant and the hot tub room was very spacious if you are staying multiple nights. There is no elevator in the two story building but the staircase is wide and easy to maneuver. Breakfast is primarily gluten with gluten free available upon request. The ONLY improvement I can offer in my case is to have real cream available."

"The room was very warm, clean and the staff was very nice helpful, however the TV turned on but couldn't figure out how to even turn on channels to get anything on it, wanted it for white noise, couldn't sleep, the other ppl were very loud, should never put "bigger ppl or kids" above rooms when they inform you that sleeping in is important, oddly we couldn't shower late there was no hot water but in the morning there was plenty, would've liked more blankets, my niece likes it cool and I like...

"The building is not the most inviting place. Pre-check in seemed seamless, however still felt like a process upon arrival. The building and rooms are dated. Breakfast was served from 6-9 am, however I was not told this upon arrival. Breakfast was not good…eggs were watery, sausages were soggy. When my husband told the staff that the waffle machine was empty, the staff member merely put water in the container. Not a place I would stay at again."

"Based on website photos, I expected something different. Nice area, very basic motels, only paper cups provided. Cleanliness was an issue for me."

"This was the 4th time that my husband and I stayed at the Bow River Inn. This alone should show that we very much impressed with the accomodations. Our room was clean and well appointed making our stays extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The pricing is more than comparable and we have often found the Bow River Inn to have better than the competitors pricing. We would definitely reccommend the Bow River Inn."
