"The staff very welcoming/ so clean/ the hot tub on the roof top was a bonus. Would recommend the stay."

"Hotel was very clean. Bathtub was exceptionally deep and awesome, except for stepping in and out for my elderly parents requires an additional grab bar. Would stay here again but would ask for an accessible room. Hotel has a cold, sparkling and warm water dispenser on every floor that is a very nice amenity."

"Super convenient location, excellent shuttle service to and from the airport, clean rooms and overall. The one thing we felt lacking was the restaurant/ lounge ambiance. I'm sure turning some upbeat music on would have helped the vibe in there, but when we were there it was quiet and we could only hear the few other tables talking. Ultimately we went to the next door hotel restaurant (Tonic) for a more lively dinner. I would recommend this Hyatt regardless though- great stay!"

"My 2 only negatives is that there's no room delivery and our bed wasn't really good always felt that we were falling out so we had to sleep more towards the middle. Lucky that we had a King size bed. " might be time to change some beds. Everything else was great"

"room is clean. the only thing that was lacking was, there was no microwave and limited TV channels. i travelled with 2 kids and they were disappointed that there was not enough channels to watch and no pool to swim."
