"Great place!"

"Great place and would consider this more luxurious than what we usually get with travelling. Good location, close to the airport (10 minute drive), and also nice walkable to the downtown and harbour. The only thing that I think can be improved is the check in. We prefer self serve and only interaction with the host if needed. The host communicated that we need to phone them for check in. Since we were using Saily data plans, we did not have a dialable phone number for taking and making calls...

"We enjoyed our stay at Frost Apartments. Staff were not onsite, but very responsive to communications throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and automatic through the electronic communication and lock system. Rooms were small, but sufficient and very clean / up to date with furnishings. The four best benefits for staying at Frost are: 1. In room kitchen with pans and utensils. Restaraunts in Iceland are EXPENSIVE! 2. Bonus Grocery story is right next door. Great benefit...

"Property is in good location. Quite dated facility and hostel setup. It was clean and fit our family."

"Great room with convenient self check-in and check-out. Central location easy to access. The only drawback is there is no designated parking and street parking in the area was challenging to find."

"We were unable to travel to Iceland due to passport issues. I would have liked to have some not all of our cost reimbursed. I was told no and discuss with our insurance. Very sad day and a huge loss financially. I nor my dad will ever attempt to return to Iceland"

"2度目の滞在は受付のある棟ですぐにお店が沢山ある通りに出れるのでとても便利でした。 また、チェックイン時の対応も前回同様とても親切で、さらに広い部屋に変更してくださってとてもありがたかったです。 お部屋も前回同様清潔で素敵でした。 窓から通りが少し見れてそこもとても嬉しかったです。 またレイキャビクに行く機会があれば(絶対に行きたいとは思ってます)また宿泊したいなと思っています:) どうもありがとうございました。"

"This property was clean and relatively convenient to downtown. It is right across the street from the municipal airport so there is some noise when planes are getting ready to take off. It's an uphill walk, about 20 minutes, to downtown. The room looked larger in the pictures; once the sofabed was opened up there was no room to walk around. The bathroom is quite small; could use a better shower curtain as water easily dripped on the floor. But the water was hot. Parking was tight on the...
