"Room was very big and had a separate seating area which was very nice. It looked very clean however had an unpleasant odor that we thought was just from being closed up but didn't go away after leaving door open fir a bit and running air-conditioner. The tub drained extremely slow so had to stand in ankle deep water while showering. Other than those 2 things, it was a nice, clean, roomy and affordable property."

"The room and hotel were clean. The staff was friendly. It was my first time in madison so I booked this hotel not really knowing much about it or the area but I will definitely book again!"

"The building, room, and furniture all seem to be brand new. (Obviously an older mom and pops that was remodeled well.) I wasn't able to sample the breakfast because I had to leave early, but the property was clean, the desk staff was available later in the evening, and the price was very competitive with my Expedia status. What a pleasant surprise! The location was convenient and I would definitely stay here again."

"Rented 2 rooms. Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale. Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”."

"The pool was about as big as the hot tub, both were overcrowded and dirty and no clean towels...we had to move rooms twice and ended up getting charged for an upgraded room that we didn't get. There were no towels in one of the rooms and no coffee pot either. The breakfast was probably the best part of the whole stay. Neither of the staff spoke fluent English so that was a huge challenge. Very disappointing.."

"The carpet was so dirty in our room that you had to keep your shoes on or the bottom of your feet would get black, nasty"

"Rooms are old and need serious repairs. Only plus is that it’s a place to sleep at the Casino, However the cost is wildly inflated vs what the age and amenities on the property. Also, even if you book and prepay thru Expedia , be prepared for an extra $25 hotel fee and $50 security deposit. The parking garage smells like pee and it’s a strong smell!"
