When we first arrived, there was not one other person there and there was a sign at the counter for us to call a number to be able to check in because no one was at the desk. Once someone finally showed, they were very nice but a bit short. We couldn't get into our room, so after walking from one end of the hotel to another we were handed the same key that STILL didn't work. The front desk person finally came out and let us...
