The two-queens room, the hot and healthy breakfast, the well-maintained pool and exercise room all met or exceeded my expectations. Great location for a visit to the nearby monasteries or to the amusement park."

"I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down"

"The hotel was clean and the staff nice. There was an odor in the hallways that was very strong and annoying. The hallways were also hot and stuffy as if no AC was turned on."

"Pros: The room was clean. It smelled good immediately upon entry. Quiet. Easy card entry into the room. There was someone at the desk when we arrived and checked out. It was in a convenient location for cave tours. Wifi password was given on our card sleeve, and it seemed pretty quick. Cons (but still all right given the price): They want you to arrive between the hours of 3 pm and 7 pm, and you need to call if you are arriving later. We were given a message from the hotel about this through...
