"There is no front desk. Once booked you need to reply to the message from the Hotel to facilitate your entry. The place is close to Milan Central. That way it is very convenient."

"The instructions were very clear. Contact and communication was excellent when I had questions. I would stay again on our next trip."

"Very exquisite accommodations and Stephano was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend booking a stay here!"

"We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip."

"Clean and comfortable."

"The property is located in a nice area, walking distance to shops and sites, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property without reservation."
