"Tout le monde était gentil et cordial. L’enregistrement était rapide. Ils m’ont même pas répondu en anglais lorsque j’ai essayé mon (mauvais) Italien, plutôt, ils étaient patients et m’encourageaient. La chambre était grande, moderne, propre, et bien meublé."

"I just stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Montecarlo and it was great. I booked the economy so it it was small, but perfect for my budget. It was very clean and close to plenty of shops and restaurants and the Centrale train station. The staff was very nice and the shower water got hot. If I'm ever able to make it back to Milano I'll go back to Montecarlo for sure. "

"We enjoyed our one night stay. The property is lovely. It was easy to check-in across the street. We were walked across the street and shown how to unlock the doors. The duplex was spacious with a separate loft upstairs and kitchen with a table. We appreciate the AC on this hot July day. "

"Nice boutique hotel in a safe, shopping area of Milan - easy walk to sites and restaurants. Easy check in with a lift. Only issue was a/c was leaking and the floor was all wet. The girl came and looked at it but it kept leaking. Room was a good size and had everything we needed."

"We did the late check in around midnight and we got the detailed instructions for self check in which was very helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. AC worked nicely and had perfect sleep. The breakfast was wonderful and had tons of choices and great service too. "

"Sehr schöne Suite und trotz der Lage ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Frühstück hervorragend. Das Bad ist hübsch, aber unpraktisch. Regendusche macht mehr als nur die Wanne nass, kein Haken für die Handtücher am Waschbecken, keine Gläser für die Zahnbürsten. Eine Tür, die die Toilette von Rest des Bades trennt, wäre ideal. Davon abgesehen ein toller Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder kommen!"
