"Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

"The property needs a refurbish. The bathroom was dirty. Under vanity used detritus, hair in bath tub and on shower walls and in corner behind door. Cups of liquid in refrigerator. Old waterbottles, dust, paper, qtips in space between head of bed and wall. Poor water pressure on the 1st day and worse the second day. Parking lot with broken cement and same on handicap walkway. Staff sarcastic when questioned price increase from $164. On Monday and $404.00.on Tuesday."

"Our two-night stay last night and the night before was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in recent memory. The front desk receptionist who checked us in was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our quiet room was spacious and sparkling clean. So was the indoor pool, which we enjoyed immensely. Parking was free and plentiful, as was the breakfast each morning. I can’t say enough good things about this well-maintained and managed Hilton. My husband and I will most definitely be staying here...
