Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. It was nice to have the easy entry with just a few steps for my Mom. The apartment was well furnished, and we had a nice Christmas dinner at the large dining table. Communication with Victor was very good. He quickly responded when needed."
