"This is an older property with a Lot of potential. The rooms were clean, my bed was comfy and because it was not a hot night the rooms were cool because it has no air conditioning. But my room was only $125.00 a night so a good deal if just passing through. However, you do not get the shampoos etc that you find in higher end hotels either. Not a problem. But can I get a drinking glass of any type in my room? Hydration and oral hygiene is not negotiable! My biggest issue however was this. I am a...

"Food is good. I had issues with the door lock. Getting in and out of the room was an issue. Had to call front desk to open it. Staff are not helpful. Cleaning staff changed the towels but did not replace them. Spa has a pool. They keep the pool area locked even if spa staff are there. Spa staff cannot unlock. Go to front desk. Facilities are run poorly."
