"Lovely little cabin on a farm with everything you need. Beautiful views from the back porch. We really enjoyed our stay, our daughter had lots of fun playing with the friendly dogs on the farm. We even saw the northern lights whilst we were there. It was a really peaceful place and we would definitely stay there again. It’s a good base for exploring both the golden circle and the south coast. "

"The apartment was very cozy and a nice place to rest after an overnight flight (the comfortable mattress and black-out curtains were appreciated!) Very comfortable washroom and shower. It even had laundry facilities! Parking was easy. Staff at the restaurant below helped with check-in process. We took our morning walk in the nearby Geothermal park which has a geyser. "We loved the location of the property being a few min to either selfoss or Hveragerdi. The property was beautiful with the horses and the view of the river. The main living area and bedrooms were comfortable. Alot of antique personal items placed in cottage.The bathroom is a seperated by a foyer area. The ceiling needs to be redone. And, even with essential oils and scented beads i could not rid of the old rose and mildew smell in the bathroom. This is a very old cottage that was mostly...
