"Arrived after midnight as communicated with anticipation and was instructed to dial 500 from the lobby phone for someone to check me in around 12:15 and I called for a half hour no one showed up! I was never checked in and had to last minute book at a nearby hotel for the evening after a long grueling flight. "

"Had no issue checking in and the staff was pleasant to work with. The room we reserved was clean, spacious, and provided everything we expected. The parking lot was well lit so we felt comfortable leaving some of the heavier gear in the truck overnight. Breakfast was great so we could fill up before a day's work. The room temperature was easy to set and we slept well during our entire stay. When we return the to area, this will be our first choice to check for availability."

"Noel at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and went the extra mile. Really enjoyed our stay with convenient parking at no extra charge, short walk to Spartanburg memorial auditorium for a concert and to tour Wofford College. On site bar and restaurant had great food & room service and really really enjoyed the M club breakfast with fancy coffee machine."
